The data in our database is only accessible to those health practitioners whose patients have given them access. With regard to messages sent via MyClinic.care , the data sent between users is encrypted and can only be read by the device of each receiver, and no other party, including MyClinic.care , can decrypt this data.

If the developers have to analyse the medical database for IT measures, it is impossible to identify the patients due to the anonymisation carried out. Only the practitioner can give the developers access to the patient identification in the context of the correction of defects. After correcting defects, the developers are obliged to remove the patient's identification information from his computer.
