The site can be accessed via the following URL : https://myclinic.care. It is operated in accordance with Belgian law. The use of this site is governed by the present general conditions. By using the site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these conditions. They may be modified at any time and without prior notice by MyClinic.
MyClinic.care shall not be held responsible in any way for any misuse of the service.

Limitation of responsibility

Information contained on MyClinic.care is as accurate as possible and the site is periodically updated, but may contain inaccuracies, omissions or gaps. If you notice a gap, error or what appears to be a malfunction, please report it by email, describing the problem as precisely as possible (page causing the problem, triggering action, type of computer and browser used, etc.).

Photos are not contractual.

MyClinic.care cannot be held responsible for the hyperlinks set up within the framework of this website to other resources on the Internet.

Confidentiality

MyClinic.care takes the privacy and security of your data very seriously. We will not do anything without your consent! You will be informed about the extent of the processing we carry out throughout your journey and when you exercise your rights of access, modification, deletion and/or oblivion... In accordance with article 7, paragraph 2 of the GDPR, and whenever necessary, you give your consent in a clearly identifiable way.

Intellectual property

All the content of this site, including, but not limited to, graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, sounds, logos, gifs and icons, as well as their layout, are the exclusive property of MyClinic, with the exception of trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these various elements is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of MyClinic. This representation or reproduction, by any means whatsoever, constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may incur civil and criminal liability for the infringer. In addition, the owners of the copied content may take legal action against you.

MyClinic.care is the owner of the rights of the producers of databases referred to in Book III, Title IV, of the Intellectual Property Code (law no. 98-536 of 1 July 1998) relating to copyright and databases.

Personal data

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018 and regulates the processing of personal data in the European Union. The RGPD aims to increase the protection of persons concerned by the processing of their personal data and the accountability of those involved in this processing.

We take all customary technical measures to prevent unauthorised access to your data on our servers. The data in our database is only accessible to those health practitioners whose patients have given them access. With regard to messages sent via MyClinic.care , the data sent between users is encrypted and can only be read by the device of each receiver, and no other party, including MyClinic.care , can decrypt this data.

If the developers have to analyse the medical database for IT measures, it is impossible to identify the patients due to the anonymisation carried out. Only the practitioner can give the developers access to the patient identification in the context of the correction of defects. After correcting defects, the developers are obliged to remove the patient's identification information from his computer.
